In 2016, Chrissy Velez walked away from a successful 5-year career in the fitness industry with the intent to dig deep and discover exactly who she was and who she wasn’t. With a metaphoric blank canvas in front of her, she began to create. Chrissy took the internet by storm with her popular inspirational SOL7 blogs that proudly displayed her unique points of view and lifestyle choices. After spending a Summer living among the Earth in a small tent, Chrissy collected her Mother’s art work and combined them with her blog-style of writing. “Ask The Muse” was published and Chrissy was only just rolling up her sleeves. She took to daily meditation, completely altered her nutrition, and dove head-first into studying the subject of ENERGY. In less than a single year Chrissy also collected certifications in Reiki, Life Coaching, and Spiritual Counseling. The community grew aware of the fresh perspective now available to them and Chrissy began taking on clients that were seeking guidance, Oracle Card readings, and energy work. She was holding regularly schedule Women’s Circles, Zen Therapy Classes, and even hosting in-home retreats. However, as this new business started to take shape, Chrissy realized there was more happening than entrepreneurship. As women traveled to engage with her, Chrissy immediately took notice to how authentic these connections were and just how deep they ran. What would start out as a 20-minute Oracle Card reading often turned into a 90-minute soul-to-soul conversation about overcoming obstacles, managing our minds, and truly activating our highest self. How does she put a price on such an exchange? She doesn’t.

"I guess I fall more into the non-profit category. When someone comes to you in a vulnerable state, truly opening their heart up and disclosing intimate information in hopes that you can shed light on an area that may currently be in space of darkness for them, it never 'felt right' to stand there with my hand out. At the start of 2019, Chrissy wrote and published her 2nd book, “The Frequency Shift.” A book about energy awareness and power of the mind. The writing of this book only ignited her passion for Spiritual teaching further. Just weeks after it’s release, Chrissy launched a Podcast on SoundCloud.com called, “VibeRiseMovement.” Birthed from passion and fueled by community, this Podcast is the beginning of another magnificent adventure.
